Child and Adolescent Assessment Package 1
- The Cognitive and Behavioural ADHD Assessment
- From 5 Years of Age
About the Package
The Cognitive and Behavioural ADHD Assessment
The 'Cognitive and Behavioural Assessment' is recommended if your child is experiencing difficulties with concentration, inattention and/or hyperactivity at home and at school. This is a diagnostic assessment for ADHD, including an assessment of general intellectual ability and a review of executive functions. It provides an understanding of a child's cognitive strengths and areas of weaknesses, as well as recommendations for school and learning support. Please note this assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis of ADHD. We do not offer school visits as a part of this package. This package is available for children from five years of age.
We send out parent (online) and teacher (hard copy) questionnaires as a part of this package.
